We were matched with Thomas after cold-calling the agency nearest our temporary home when an another agent recommended to us wouldn’t work with us until we had a preapproval letter. We were on a very tight schedule to find a permanent home and Thomas started working with us immediately. Thomas was very responsive and resourceful and accompanied us every step of the way as first-time home buyers. We closed on our home within 2 months of starting our search.
